Wonders: 190 years of Saffron Walden Museum

We are nearly 190 years old (189 years and 10 months, approximately), and we are incredibly proud. To celebrate, we are launching our WONDERS exhibition in May. We invite local communities, groups, organisations, and the wider public to get involved. We ask people to choose their favourite wonder—something that enchants, moves, or speaks to them and their history. With collections of all sorts from around the world, there is little we don’t have. Individuals can get involved by participating in our public voting event. We invite you to cast your vote for the most wondrous item from our collection. Simply visit our front desk and complete the easy voting form.
