Museum Shop Sunday is an annual initiative run by the Association of Cultural Enterprises (ACE).
It highlights the vital role of retail in helping arts, cultural and heritage venues to survive and thrive.
On Sunday 26 November over 2,000 visitor attractions worldwide will be coming together to celebrate with special events and promotions in store and online. For Museum Shop Sunday this year, we will be holding a Meet the Author event. Stay tuned to find out more soon.
Join Brian Sanders, illustrator and author for a Q&A about his new exhibition at the Museum and his professional art career spanning over 5 decades. He will also be signing purchased copies of his book “Evacuee: A Wartime Childhood” 2-4.30pm Sunday 26th November at the Museum. No need to book in advance. Admission charges apply, but there is no additional fee for this event.
